Donna is a key member of our team responsible for handling the day-to-day trust accounting of many of our clients. With over 14 years of experience in administration, accounts payable and receivable, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Donna is an exceptional communicator and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ needs are met. She is a highly organised individual and has a keen eye for detail, which is especially important given the nature of her work. Her dedication and commitment to her role are evident in everything she does. Karen Russell
Trust Accountant

Karen brings a wealth of experience to the table, with 15 years of experience in real estate sales and customer service, coupled with over 20 years of general accounting. After fulfilling her contractual obligations in the UK, she relocated to Australia to pursue her accounting career, where she held management rights for ten years before joining our team.

Karen’s expertise and experience are invaluable assets to our trust accounting team. She has extensive experience managing complex financial transactions and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Karen is highly organised and detail-oriented, which allows her to oversee all aspects of our trust accounting operations with precision and accuracy.

Yvonne Airlie
Trainer

Yvonne began her career in the real estate industry in 2008 after relocating from Cairns to South East Queensland. She started in a country setting, where she gained invaluable experience working with rural properties and developed a strong understanding of the unique challenges associated with bio cycles, pumps, and water tanks.

After five years, Yvonne transitioned into a Brisbane agency, where she progressed into a senior position and further strengthened her knowledge of property management and client service. Several years later, she moved to the Gold Coast, bringing together both city and rural experience.

Yvonne brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the CRES team, with customer service at the forefront of everything she does.

In her training role, Yvonne is highly experienced in Property Me and is passionate about helping others build confidence and capability in using the system effectively.

Nikki Seymour
COO

Nikki is our go-to guru in the office, as she is integral to the success of our business and oversees day-to-day operations. With her extensive experience in property management – having owned her own agency – she also provides valuable assistance to clients who are interested in launching their own property management business.

Furthermore, Nikki’s exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients have been instrumental in maintaining our company’s reputation for excellent customer service. She is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our clients are satisfied and that their needs are met.

With 10 years of experience in customer service and 6 years in administration, Tennile brings a strong foundation of client care, organisation and communication to her role as a Trainer and Trust Accountant at CRES.

As one of our newer trainers, Tennile is continuing to build her experience within trust accounting and training while bringing the customer service skills she has developed throughout her career to every client interaction. She is passionate about making clients feel comfortable, supported and confident, particularly when they are learning new processes or navigating something they may not feel familiar with.

Tennile’s friendly and approachable nature is one of her greatest strengths. She takes the time to listen, understand each client’s individual needs and provide patient, practical support. She understands that every office operates differently and works hard to ensure clients feel heard and receive guidance that is suited to their team.

Throughout her career, she has managed Strata, Independent Hotels, and Private Accommodation Providers, gaining valuable experience. Rebecca’s vast expertise has granted her a profound insight into the industry, enabling her to provide outstanding service and boost business growth.

With over 30 years of customer service experience, combined with 9 years in real estate sales, Meegan brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her patient and understanding nature, as well as her enthusiasm for learning, creates an enjoyable learning experience for her clients. Meegan is one of our exceptional trainers on MRI Vault CRM, known for building strong relationships and trust with her clients due to her calming and kind demeanour.

After gaining valuable experience working across the VIC/NSW border, Tayla returned to the Gold Coast, where she now works as a Trust Accounting and Software Trainer.
