Tracey also offers Bricks + Agent, Invoice Automate and SNUG training to ensure our clients are up-to-date with industry trends. Recognising that every client has distinct needs, she collaborates closely with them to customise solutions that suit their specific requirements. Her wealth of experience and expertise enables her to offer comprehensive support and guidance throughout the implementation process. She is a skilled and certified trainer in PropertyTree and MRI Vault CRM, and holds an important role on our Trust Accounting team. Karen brings a wealth of experience to the table, with 15 years of experience in real estate sales and customer service, coupled with over 20 years of general accounting. After fulfilling her contractual obligations in the UK, she relocated to Australia to pursue her accounting career, where she held management rights for ten years before joining our team.

Karen’s expertise and experience are invaluable assets to our trust accounting team. She has extensive experience managing complex financial transactions and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
