Our public online webinars are $125.00 per session. If you are looking to book CPD for your office, group bookings start from $1,500.00. Pricing may vary depending on your location, group size, and training requirements.

Can I complete my CPD online?

Yes. We offer live online CPD sessions that you can attend from anywhere. To meet compliance requirements, you will need access to a webcam throughout the session so we can confirm your attendance and engagement.

How many people do I need for an onsite session?

We can deliver onsite training for groups of any size, from one person through to one hundred or more. Pricing for onsite and group bookings varies depending on your location, group size, and training requirements.

Can I book CPD for my whole office?

Absolutely. We offer both onsite and online group training for agencies of all sizes. Sessions can be tailored to suit your team, including content that reflects the software management system your office uses. Contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a customised quote.

Can training be delivered outside of normal business hours?

Yes. We understand that it is not always practical to take your team away from the office during the day. If you are looking for a more flexible option, head to the Contact Us section of our website and get in touch. We will be happy to discuss a training option that works best for your team.

How many CPD sessions do I need to complete?

To meet your annual CPD requirements, you must complete either 2 x Type 1 sessions, or 1 x Type 1 session and 1 x Type 2 session.

What will I learn?

Complete Real Estate Services delivers CPD training under Validum’s approved CPD program, giving you access to all Office of Fair Trading approved Type 1 and Type 2 topics. Each topic has a different focus, covering key areas relevant to Queensland real estate professionals. For company and group bookings, we can also tailor the training to reflect the software management system your office uses, making the content more practical and relevant to your team.

How do I know when I can complete my CPD?

Your CPD year is based on the original issue date of your licence or registration. If you are unsure when your CPD year starts, simply refer to the “We’ve Got You Covered” section at the top of this page.

What do I receive after completing my CPD?

Once you have successfully completed your training, you will receive your Certificate of Completion within three business days.

How often do I need to complete CPD?

You are required to complete CPD once every CPD year to remain compliant. Your CPD year is based on the original issue date of your licence or registration.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Once your CPD booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, refunds are not available for either online or onsite training. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date, provided 7 days notice is given. We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. These situations will be considered on a case by case basis and reviewed where appropriate.

How long is each CPD session?

Each CPD topic generally runs for between 2 and 2.5 hours. The duration may vary slightly depending on the topic and participant engagement, with time allocated for questions and discussion throughout the session.

Do I have to complete both CPD sessions on the same day?

No. If you are attending our public CPD sessions, or have booked a private online group session, you can complete your required courses over two separate days if you prefer. Please note that this does not apply to onsite group training.
