Meet The Team


Helen has 32 years Property Management industry experience. Helen specialises in training, mentoring as well as supporting Principals through the buying and selling of rent rolls.


Nikki is our Office Manager and assists Helen with the day-to-day operations of the business. Having had her own agency, she also assists clients who are looking at starting their own Property Management Business. With 20 years experience in real estate she is a wealth of knowledge.


Michelle has 15+ years Trust Accounting experience in both the Legal and Travel industries. Michelle assists with client Bank Reconciliations, Mid-Month and End of Month processing and cloud based software training.


Tamika specialises in General Accounting and Trust Accounting services. She is a qualified Xero adviser and a certified PropertyTree trainer.


Ashleigh has 15 years of customer service experience. Ash specialises in office management and creating procedures and documentation relevant for our clients.


Courtney is one of our Trust Account specialists and looks after the day-to-day accounting of many of our clients. Courtney’s knowledge is spread widely over all cloud software programs.


Amber is an incredible trainer who is certified in both Console Cloud and PropertyTree, her attention to detail is second to none. Amber is also great at hands on work and undertakes temping when required.


With 8 years of experience in Property Management Ebony takes great pride in helping people. Keen to continually improve her impressive knowledge base, Ebony aims to provide standout service for her clients.


Bec is one of our Property Manager Assistants and looks after the Property Management portfolios and trust accounting for many of our clients. Bec always aims to provide the best service possible to meet your Property Management needs.


Angela is a qualified bookkeeper and has 18+ years experience in the Real Estate Industry, specialising in Sales & Rental Trust Accounting as well as internal Auditing & Sales Administration.


Donna is one of our Trust Account specialist and looks after the day-to-day accounting of many of our clients. Donna has had 14+ years experience in administration, accounts payable and receivable.


Kimberley is our Administration specialist and co-ordinates all of our clients training and implementations. She easily keeps the wheels rolling within our business. Kimberley will be your first point of contact and will always ensure you have a smooth experience from start to finish.
